June 23, 2026 (MLN): Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited (RCML) will be delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) effective Monday, June 29, 2026, after completing its merger and amalgamation with Sapphire Fibres Limited (SFL).
The delisting follows the successful completion of the merger between RCML and SFL, with all regulatory requirements fulfilled. The company informed the Exchange through an official notification regarding the delisting.
