SEOUL — Two North Korean soldiers captured on the frontlines of the war in Ukraine have been transferred to South Korea and placed under the care of the country’s intelligence agency, local media reported on Sunday. The repatriation follows recent revelations regarding the deployment of North Korean troops in the region and highlights the ongoing diplomatic challenges faced by Seoul and Kyiv.
