Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a call today with His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan to discuss bilateral and regional priorities. The two leaders reviewed implementation of the Trilateral Framework in Lebanon, efforts to disarm Hizballah, and the ongoing push for stability in Syria. Secretary Rubio expressed appreciation for Jordan’s enduring contribution to regional security.
