Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Tuesday detailed the Trump administration’s prerequisites for a new peace agreement with Iran. He said Tehran must reopen the Strait of Hormuz and agree to resume discussions on limiting its nuclear program before Washington will lift the blockade of Iranian ports or ease the financial sanctions that are crippling the country’s economy.
