TYSONS, Va. — RVNA Technologies, LLC, a Tysons, Virginia‑based enterprise technology firm, announced its acquisition of UXB Holdings, a San Francisco‑based provider of modern customer experience (CX) and work‑management platforms.

Founded in 2015 by former Salesforce.com executive Bruno Saab, UXB focuses on identifying high‑growth, cloud‑native platforms in CRM, CX, and IT service management before they become mainstream. Over the past decade, the company has expanded into a trusted implementation and managed‑services provider, serving more than 800 enterprise clients.

UXB’s platform portfolio includes leading solutions such as Freshworks and monday.com, supporting CX, CRM, IT service management, work management, and project delivery. The firm holds Platinum partner status with Freshworks and is one of monday.com’s fastest‑growing Gold Partners.

RVNA’s acquisition reflects its belief that UXB’s team, platform expertise, and client relationships present a significant growth opportunity. RVNA plans to invest in expanding UXB’s capabilities, partner ecosystem, and market reach as part of the combined organization.

“After helping build one of the world’s leading cloud software companies, I saw an opportunity to bring the next generation of enterprise platforms to organizations earlier in their adoption journey. That belief became UXB. Over the past decade, we built a business centered on customer success, long‑term partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes through innovative technology. RVNA is the right partner to accelerate that mission and unlock the next phase of growth for our customers, employees, and partners,” said Bruno Saab, Founder and CEO of UXB.

RVNA Technologies brings extensive experience managing the technology platforms that power the CFO office, including enterprise back‑office and financial‑operations systems. The firm has observed a shift in which CX and CRM platforms—traditionally the domain of sales and marketing—are increasingly adopted, governed, and measured directly by CFOs and finance teams. As organizations demand tighter integration between front‑office revenue data and back‑office financial performance, a partner with deep expertise in both domains is becoming essential.

“UXB has built something rare—a truly differentiated position in a high‑growth market, backed by over 800 clients and a team that consistently delivers. We are thrilled to bring them into the RVNA organization and help accelerate what comes next,” said Thiago Sachs, Co‑Founder & Managing Partner, RVNA Technologies.

“We see tremendous potential in combining UXB’s customer‑experience expertise with RVNA’s consulting, data, analytics, AI, and enterprise‑technology capabilities. We’re also excited to invest in the team, expand consulting and professional‑services capabilities, and create new growth opportunities across the business,” added Carlos M. Alvarado, Co‑Founder & Managing Partner, RVNA Technologies.

By merging RVNA’s back‑office depth with UXB’s front‑office CX capabilities, the combined organization aims to deliver a more comprehensive enterprise‑platform offering while preserving the specialized expertise that has driven each company’s success. The partnership is expected to expand service capabilities, create new career opportunities for employees, and deliver greater value to clients across the enterprise.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
