In a recent interview with TV Insider, former AEW World Champion Samoa Joe spotlighted three wrestlers he believes possess significant untapped potential and warrant closer attention from fans.
How Expanded Television Time Could Elevate Three AEW and ROH Performers
Joe singled out Queen Aminata, Trish Adora, and Action Andretti as performers ready to ascend. He views Aminata and Adora as talents whose best work likely remains ahead of them, while he suggests Andretti could emerge as a major force with increased television exposure.
“I think Queen Aminata. There is a ton of potential that is kind of unrealized there. I would say the same thing with Trish Adora. I think those are two talents that I consistently see where maybe their best is still kind of in front of them. On the men’s side, there are also a lot. I’d say [Action] Andretti. I think, him being given more opportunity and given more spots could be quite the force to be reckoned with,” the former AEW World Champion stated.
Queen Aminata has been with the promotion since 2021 and appears regularly on both AEW and Ring of Honor programming. She most recently competed at Dynamite Grand Slam: France, challenging Mercedes Moné for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Trish Adora began appearing for AEW in 2021 and is currently a fixture on ROH television, where she aligns with the Shane Taylor Promotions faction.
Action Andretti debuted for AEW in January 2022 and secured a full-time contract later that year. He is a regular on ROH TV and currently holds the ROH World Television Championship.
