Saudi Team Clinches First Gold at Asian Games Show Jumping Event
DUBAI: Saudi Arabia captured gold in the team show jumping event at the 2026 Asian Games in Japan. The successful performance by Ramzy Al-Dahi, Khaled Al-Mubti, Abdul Rahman Alrajhi and Saad Al-Ajmi on Thursday secured the Kingdom’s first gold medal of the tournament.
Saudi athletes have now accumulated 12 medals at Nagoya 2026, among them bronze in esports, athletics, jiu-jitsu and karate, silver in esports and karate, alongside their show jumping triumph. The Games, which launched on September 19, will wrap up with the final ceremony on Sunday.
