School Shooting in Tacloban Leaves Three Dead, Seven Injured as Two Students Arrested]
Three people were killed and seven others wounded during a shooting at a school in the southern Philippines on Monday.
Police said two attackers opened fire around 9 a.m. at San Jose National High School in Tacloban City. Both suspects were taken into custody later that afternoon.
The shooters, both ninth-grade students at the school, used a pistol and a revolver, according to Brig. Gen. Jason Capoy, director of police in the Eastern Visayas Region. Capoy stated the boys had reportedly been bullied at school.
Authorities have not yet released details about the victims, but confirmed that the wounded were in stable condition.
