Scorpio Sky, an original AEW roster member since the promotion’s 2019 launch, is approaching the end of his current contract. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that Sky’s deal expires in “a few months,” though no specific date was given and there is no word yet on renewal talks.
“Scorpio Sky (Schuyler Andrews, 43) has his contract due in a few months,” Meltzer wrote.
Sky signed a five-year extension with AEW in 2021. A former TNT and Tag Team Champion, he debuted with the company as part of SCU alongside Christopher Daniels. After a two-year absence from AEW programming—during which his return was uncertain—he resurfaced in 2025 as part of the new faction SkyFlight.
The group comprises Sky, Darius Martin, Dante Martin, Zayda Steel, Leila Grey, and manager Christopher Daniels. Matt Sydal recently aligned with the stable following his return on Collision.
Sky has been active in both AEW and Ring of Honor, most recently teaming with Top Flight in a six-man tag match at this week’s ROH television taping in Jacksonville.
