Slayyyter has called off the remaining legs of her 2026 UK and European tour following a medical diagnosis of laryngitis and vocal cord tears.
The American pop artist had been performing across Europe this month in support of her third studio album, Wor$t Girl In America, released in March.
After completing shows in Paris, Amsterdam, and Cologne, the singer announced the cancellation via Instagram Stories on Friday, October 23.
“Hey guys. I am heartbroken to share after multiple doctor visits I have laryngitis and vocal cord tears and have been ordered to go on medication and full vocal rest for at least two weeks,” Slayyyter wrote.
“Because of this, I am forced to cancel the remaining UK/EU dates to avoid permanent damage to my voice. Full refunds will be available at point of sale.”

The singer-songwriter added that she and her team are actively exploring rescheduling options for next year. “I hope to have news to share very soon to make it up to you,” she said.
She continued: “I know how much time and effort is spent to come out to a show. Some of you have travelled, some of you have made costumes, and I am completely devastated to not be able to give you the shows you were planning for.
“We are working hard to figure out a time to return so I can deliver an even bigger and better show for you all. I hope you know I will make this up to you. Lots of love to you all. Thank you for making this tour so special.”

The cancelled itinerary included stops in Berlin, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow, culminating in a November 5 show at London’s Roundhouse.
The tour’s support act, French artist Kalika, posted on X/Twitter revealing she had been left stranded in Europe following the abrupt cancellation.
“Obviously Slayyyter’s health comes first and I wish her a quick recovery. But here we are abroad, our gear is stuck in the tour bus, we don’t even know how to get it back or how we’re going to get home. My heart is in pieces,” she wrote in a translated statement.
Kalika said she learned of the cancellation through Slayyyter’s Instagram Story. “I’m in tears, completely devastated,” she added. “I don’t think you can imagine what this tour meant to me. It was probably the biggest opportunity of my career.”

Slayyyter recently released the single “I Think He’s Got A Girl” from her forthcoming fourth album, Wor$t Man In America, slated for a December 4 release. Its predecessor earned a four-star review from NME and was named one of the publication’s best records of 2026 to date.
“Chasing the highs of her Tumblr-addled youth, Slayyyter finds her sound in a new strain of brash, sleazy pop, [which] finds salvation in the underbelly of American cinema,” the review noted.
NME caught Slayyyter on the main stage at Reading Festival this summer, awarding the performance a glowing four-and-a-half stars. The set was highlighted as one of “the most magical moments” from Reading & Leeds 2026.
