Madison, Wisconsin-born and Chicago-bred rock band Slow Pulp has announced their upcoming album, Song, set for release on September 18 via ANTI-. This marks their first full-length project since 2023’s Yard. The lead single, “Better Man,” is available to stream now, accompanied by a detailed list of tour stops. Select performances will feature support from Feller, Snuggle, Her New Knife, Goon, Ivy, Graham Hunt, and Current Union.
“This song reflects a shift where I stopped letting external expectations dictate my choices and started reclaiming my own agency,” said guitarist and songwriter Henry Stoehr regarding “Better Man.” He added, “It’s about embracing self-acceptance and hoping that authenticity resonates with others.”
