Ricky Saints confronted Rey Fenix backstage, mocking Penta’s loss to Roman Reigns on Monday and boasting that he was the one left standing after their match last Friday. Saints claimed it was only a matter of time before he claimed Fenix’s AAA Cruiserweight title. Fenix responded by striking Saints before walking away.
Blake Monroe, Baron Corbin have words
Blake Monroe voiced frustration over Giulia’s recent attack, noting that Giulia lost teeth and has been eating through a straw. After Cathy Kelly revealed she had spoken with Giulia, Monroe demanded to know what was said. Kelly explained that Giulia was focused on her Money in the Bank qualifying match scheduled for next week. Monroe resented being overlooked and insisted she was only relevant because of Giulia. She concluded by stating that dental surgery was painful and vowed to make Giulia feel the same.
Baron Corbin addressed Trick Williams, insisting their rivalry was far from over and that Lil Yachty deserved his fate at Sunday Night’s Main Event. Corbin asserted that while Williams could run, all roads ultimately lead to him.
