Soybeans have risen 10 to 13 cents on Tuesday, bringing the national average cash bean price to $12.46 3/4, an increase of $13.25. Soymeal futures climbed $2.30 to $2.90, while soy oil slipped by 85 to 93 points.

USDA’s Crop Progress report released Monday indicated that 75% of the soybean crop had entered the leaf‑drop stage as of September 27, with harvest progress at 17% — matching the average pace. Yield condition ratings remained steady at 58% good or excellent, and the Brugler500 index stayed at 352.

The 7‑day NOAA QPF forecast shows heavy rain across the central and western Corn Belt for the next couple of days, with the ECMWF expecting even wetter conditions in the latter half of the period.

NASS will release Grain Stocks data on Wednesday; analysts surveyed by Bloomberg estimate ending‑August stocks at 321 million bushels, below the 325 million bushels recorded a year earlier.

Futures: November 26 soybeans are quoted at $13.00½, up $12.25; the nearby cash price is $12.46¾, up $13.25; January 27 contracts stand at $13.16, up $13; March 27 contracts are at $13.24¼, up $12.25.
