The vessel reported the strike occurred while traveling southbound through the narrow passage near Limah, Oman, as noted by U.K. Maritime Trade Operations on X. The Royal Navy-affiliated monitoring group confirmed no injuries or damages were reported, and an investigation is underway. Neither the tanker’s name nor the projectile type has been disclosed.
