On Thursday, security and rescue personnel were dispatched to Netanya after multiple residents in the area reported hearing an explosion, according to a spokesperson for the National Fire and Rescue Services.
Preliminary reports from the scene indicate that a tear gas grenade had been thrown at a residential property, the statement said.
No injuries were reported at this time.
