Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (TLX), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced on Tuesday the appointment of David Gill as Chair of the Board, effective immediately.
Mark Nelson, who previously served as interim Chair, will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Gill brings over 35 years of experience in the life sciences sector, holding senior general management and financial leadership positions across commercial, clinical-stage, and medical device organizations.
Before taking on the role of Chair, Gill joined Telix as a Non-Executive Director in May 2026. Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and President at publicly traded companies including EndoChoice Holdings, Inc., Syneos Health, and CTI Molecular Imaging.
Gill currently serves on the Boards of Evolus, Inc., Allucent LLC, Bridge to Life Ltd, RapidPulse Inc., and huMannity Medtec.
Over the past year, Telix shares have fluctuated between $6.28 and $12.48.
On Monday, TLX closed at $11.09, reflecting a decline of 1.77%. Following after-hours trading, the stock rose 1.98% to $11.31.
