Iliman Ndiaye has emerged as a prime summer target for Tottenham Hotspur.
According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the 26-year-old Senegal international has already given his approval to the contract offer presented by Tottenham and is prepared to make the switch. The London club is aiming to reinforce its attacking options, despite having recently secured the signings of Savio and Omar Marmoush.
Ndiaye approves Tottenham switch
Since arriving at Everton, Ndiaye has developed into a vital figure, and he could prove to be a shrewd addition for Tottenham.
However, the completion of the transfer hinges on Richarlison agreeing to a return to Everton. Tottenham are open to executing both transactions as part of a coordinated double deal.
Romano wrote on X: “Iliman Ndiaye has given green light to Tottenham contract proposal, ready to join Spurs project under Roberto de Zerbi. The agreement now depends on Richarlison to accept Everton move as THFC are ready to close the double deal.”
Richarlison enjoyed some of his finest football during his spell at Everton, and a return to Merseyside could suit his circumstances well. With limited prospects of regular first-team action at Tottenham this season, the Brazilian is unlikely to settle for a bench role at this stage of his career. Meanwhile, Ndiaye would bring creativity, flair, and technical quality to Tottenham’s forward line.

The attacker is approaching the prime years of his career, making this an ideal moment to embrace a fresh challenge. Tottenham represent a step up in stature from Everton and offer a stronger platform to compete for major honours in the seasons ahead.
The club has made notable improvements in midfield and defence this summer, and attention has now turned toward sharpening the attacking department. Should they finalise the remaining pieces before the window shuts, it would cap off a productive summer for Tottenham and Roberto De Zerbi.
