Triple H Pays Tribute to WWE’s Timeless ‘Sign Guy’ Rick Achberger

Triple H, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, has paid tribute to Rick Achberger, the longtime fan widely recognized as “WWE Sign Guy.”

Achberger, who passed away last Sunday, will be remembered as one of WWE’s most recognizable fans, frequently appearing in his trademark blue work shirt and red hat while holding signs from his seat.

Following news of his passing, Levesque took to social media to express his condolences and reflect on Achberger’s enduring presence at WWE events.

Levesque shared a heartfelt message stating, “Saddened to hear of the death of Rick Achberger, known to the WWE Universe as ‘Sign Guy.’ For decades, Rick was a fixture at events, holding a sign that captured exactly how he felt about the evening’s action.”

He will be deeply missed by the entire WWE family, and our condolences go out to his family and friends.

Achberger was a regular presence, reportedly attending dozens of WWE events each year, with his most recent appearance at the May 1 episode of WWE SmackDown.
