U.S. President Donald Trump will not halt the extradition of influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan to the United Kingdom, where both face sex‑crime allegations, the White House announced Thursday.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphatically replied “No” when asked if the president or his administration intended to intervene in the brothers’ extradition proceedings.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio added that the administration would not become involved in the legal process.

The Tates, who have publicly supported Trump, were detained by U.S. authorities in Miami on Saturday. Their attorney characterized the arrest as “politically motivated,” and the brothers are contesting the extradition.

They made their first appearance before a federal court on Monday, appearing in jail uniforms and handcuffs.

Unsealed court documents detail accusations from three women. One woman alleges that Tristan Tate raped and assaulted her during a long‑term relationship that began in 2012, including attacks while she was unconscious.

Two other women claim that Andrew Tate raped and assaulted them in incidents between 2014 and 2015 after meeting him through a webcam venture and a dating app.

The brothers are well‑known figures within the online “manosphere,” a network of hyper‑masculine influencers that helped mobilize certain young male voters during the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

A judge has set a further hearing for July 27 to determine whether the legal prerequisites for extradition have been satisfied.
