Fans at Turnstile concerts have begun a tradition of playing Magic: The Gathering while in the pit.
The Baltimore hardcore band is currently touring the United States, sharing the stage with acts such as Clipse, Ceremony, Thundercat, Slayyyter, Hatebreed, and Vince Staples.
Fans have recently adopted the practice of playing the trading card game Magic: The Gathering during the mosh pit at their shows.
Viral footage captures fans pulling out their cards, engaging with each other amid a jumping crowd, often coinciding with Turnstile’s ‘Never Enough’ track ‘Magic Man’.

The band previously collaborated with Radio 1’s Jack Saunders earlier this year to open a pack of cards together.
Turnstile’s fourth, critically acclaimed album ‘Never Enough’ was released in June 2025, featuring hit singles ‘Seein’ Stars’ and ‘Birds’. The record earned Brendan Yates and his band two Grammy wins in 2026 after performing to massive crowds at Coachella, Primavera Sound, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and other major festivals.

More than a year after the original release, Turnstile surprised fans with a reimagined version of the album, ‘Never Enough: Versions’, in which each of the 14 tracks is rerecorded with guest collaborators such as Elton John, Hayley Williams, and Blood Orange.
Turnstile’s ‘Never Enough’ album placed eighth on NME’s 2025 Best Albums list, while the single ‘Look Out For Me’ reached number 11 on the publication’s Best Songs of the Year ranking.
Upon release, NME awarded the album a five‑star review, describing it as bright, eccentric, and a further evolution of their distinctive, pop‑infused take on hardcore.
