Multiple incendiary devices were ignited overnight outside the Munich offices of Rohde & Schwarz, a technology firm, and Helsing, a German drone manufacturer.
Investigators suspect that two of the devices ignited, whereas the third appears to have remained unlit.
A witness notified police at approximately midnight after incendiary devices were hurled from a moving vehicle onto a nearby construction site.
Responding officers promptly extinguished the flames, and no significant damage was recorded.
A 38‑year‑old man and a 28‑year‑old woman were subsequently taken into custody; authorities indicated via Bayerischer Rundfunk that both are Bulgarian nationals.
Rohde & Schwarz produces security and communications technology for government agencies and the armed forces, while Helsing specializes in military drones. At present, no further details regarding the incident’s background are available.
