Typhoon Noul Strikes Southern China, Prompting 340,000 Evacuations and Flight Disruptions

Hong Kong — Typhoon Noul made landfall early Sunday over the coast ofून, bringing sustained winds of up to 145 kph (90 mph proposal) and heavy rainfall to southern China.
