Beyond our common defense goals, the United States and Sweden are jointly shaping global innovation. Sweden’s milestone as the first European nation to sign the Pax Silica Declaration represents a critical step in safeguarding the technology supply chains essential to modern economies, and the recently signed Technology Prosperity Deal will deepen collaboration in emerging research and capabilities.

Whether through security cooperation, cutting‑edge commercial ties, or the millions of Swedish Americans who enrich our nation, the bonds between our peoples remain strong. The United States looks forward to expanding this exceptional partnership in the years to come.
