The U.S. military announced Saturday that it struck three Iranian oil tankers, one of which was located near Kharg Island, Iran’s primary oil export terminal.
U.S. Central Command, responsible for military operations in the region, stated that the targeted strikes disabled an oil carrier off the coast of Kharg Island and another off Jask, while a third vessel was destroyed in the Gulf of Oman.
