Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to discuss coordination and response efforts to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda. The Department’s highest priority is protecting the health of the American people and preventing this outbreak from reaching U.S. shores.
