According to Iranian state media, U.S. military forces targeted bridges and energy infrastructure in Iran overnight on Friday. Kuwaiti officials reported that Iranian attacks also struck a power and desalination facility.
The strikes came after days of warnings from President Donald Trump and Iranian officials, whose recent actions have brought the region to the brink of full-scale war, following the collapse of a peace memorandum signed last month.
