The initiative aims to develop a unified framework for harmonising transaction and post-trade reporting requirements across UK Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (UK MiFIR), UK European Market Infrastructure Regulation (UK EMIR), and UK Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (UK SFTR).
The taskforce consists of three specialised working groups: a main Policy working group, supported by dedicated Strategy and Architecture working groups. Each group’s objectives have been formally established through comprehensive terms of reference.
Policy Working Group Leadership and Membership
