The adversary is once again launching vicious attacks, aiming to strip away our normal livelihoods and incite fear.
He noted that a special regime had been enacted at the energy facilities while damage assessments continue, with all emergency services placed on full alert.
Residents of Sevastopol were advised to adopt power-saving practices, such as lowering smartphone screen brightness and disabling background apps to conserve battery life.
They were also encouraged to look in on elderly neighbors during the day, as temperatures are forecast to climb to 30 °C.
Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, stated on Wednesday that drones had struck 48 operational and planned military installations.
He added that the primary power substation in Sevastopol had been struck during the assault.
Explosions were also reported in Bakhchisarai, Kerch, and near Mount Ai-Petri, where the Russian Aerospace Forces’ radio engineering battalion is stationed.
