Since May, much of Europe has experienced record-breaking temperatures and consecutive heatwaves, creating tinderbox conditions that fuel rapid fire spread. In response, France and Spain have mobilized thousands of firefighters, and neighboring nations have dispatched additional support to contain the blazes.
