Select Technologies, a subsidiary of Air Link Communication Limited, is offering 88.88 million shares at a floor price of Rs28 per share. The offering is part of a book-building process aimed at raising a base capital of approximately Rs2.49 billion, with a potential upper limit of Rs3.73 billion.
The IPO registration commenced on June 17 and will conclude by June 23, with further public subscription scheduled for July 2 and July 3, 2026. These details signal strong investor interest in the company’s strategic role within local manufacturing and consumer tech markets.
