U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, a prominent ally of former President Donald Trump, passed away on Saturday at the age of 71, following a brief and sudden illness, according to a statement released by his office on his official X account.
“On the evening of Saturday, July 11, Senator Graham died from a brief and sudden illness,” the South Carolina senator’s office announced. They added that “the family appreciates prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period.”
