Eyewitnesses in Bahrain reported missile interceptions in the skies after warning sirens were activated, according to local accounts cited by international media.

The Bahrain News Agency, the nation’s official state media outlet, stated the sirens were triggered by Iranian missile activity.

Simultaneously, Reuters reported that Qatar issued an elevated security alert to mobile devices, followed by an all-clear message within 10 minutes confirming that “a threat had been neutralized.”

Shortly after, Kuwait activated its own siren system, with the defense ministry confirming that air defenses “are engaging rocket and drone attacks.”

This is a developing story.
