Venezuelan protesters demonstrated in New York against interim President Delcy Rodriguez’s participation in the United Nations General Assembly, urging world leaders not to normalize relations with what they describe as an illegitimate government. Rodriguez assumed power in January after Nicolás Maduro was captured by U.S. forces.
