VERAXA Biotech AG (VRXA), a cancer therapeutics company, announced on Friday the appointment of Raju Willener as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Most recently, he served as Director of Corporate Development and subsequently as CFO at Exentis AG. He has also held senior executive and investment leadership positions at various investment firms and global financial institutions.
VERAXA is currently advancing a diversified pipeline of active T-cell engagers (BiTAC-TCEs), bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (bsADCs), and proprietary BiTAC formats toward clinical development.
Shares of VRXA closed Thursday at $1.53, reflecting a gain of 10.87%.
