HANOI — TMT Motors, a Vietnamese truck manufacturer that also produces vehicles for India’s Tata Motors and China’s Sinotruk, is set to introduce a compact two-seat electric microcar priced at 148 million dong ($5,650), positioning it among the most affordable electric vehicles in Vietnam’s growing market.
