During Thursday’s joint practice, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson was forced to leave the field following a questionable hit by Xavier Woods. Head coach Robert Saleh confirmed afterward that Robinson was being evaluated for a concussion as a precaution.

By Friday, the team received positive news. NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported via X that Robinson had passed initial tests and avoided a concussion, with the Titans set to continue monitoring him in the coming days.

This update is particularly welcome for the Titans, who have maintained exceptional health throughout training camp. Robinson, who led all receivers in catches during camp, has already developed strong chemistry with quarterback Cam Ward. The positive prognosis suggests he will be cleared to participate in the regular season opener.

As of now, the Titans have not released an official statement on Robinson’s status, but he is expected to sit out the final preseason game against the Chicago Bears. Should he be held back, wide receivers Chimere Dike and Xavier Restrepo are likely to receive additional reps with the starters.
