EU finalizes 21st sanctions package against Russia
<p class="t-content__chapo">EU ambassadors have reached a political agreement on the 21st sanctions package targeting Russia, an EU diplomat said on Thursday. The technical work on the package will now be completed, and a written procedure for its adoption will be launched on Thursday afternoon, the diplomat added. Further details will follow.</p>
