The WWE King & Queen of the Ring finals for 2026 have been officially confirmed following this week’s SmackDown, setting the stage for a pair of title shoot matches at Night of Champions.
During Monday’s Raw, Oba Femi captured a decisive win over Dominik Mysterio, while IYO SKY likewise defeated Raquel Rodriguez, securing their places in the respective final matches.
SmackDown this evening featured the remaining two semi‑finals: Jey Uso versus Je’Von Evans and Charlotte Flair against Liv Morgan.
Uso came out on top in his showdown, advancing to the King of the Ring final alongside Oba Femi in a highly anticipated bout.
Before her match with Morgan, Charlotte Flair was ambushed backstage by B‑Fab, Jade Cargill and Michin, an assault that left her leg compromised for the upcoming contest.
Despite a serious leg injury and pleas from medical staff and Nick Aldis to withdraw, Flair fought on and was submitted by Morgan with a Boston Crab, propelling Liv Morgan into the Queen of the Ring final against IYO SKY.
The King & Queen of the Ring finals will be staged at WWE Night of Champions on June 27, with both winners slated to challenge for a world championship at SummerSlam in early August.
As the current Women’s World Champion, Morgan has indicated her intention to capture Rhea Ripley’s WWE Women’s Title, aiming to become a double champion should she win the tournament and secure the SummerSlam title opportunity.
Additional matches confirmed for Night of Champions include Trick Williams defending his United States Championship versus Ricky Saints, Tiffany Stratton upholding her Women’s United States Championship against Jade Cargill, and Cody Rhodes safeguarding the WWE Championship in a three‑way showdown with GUNTHER and Sami Zayn.
LA Knight’s feud with The Bloodline threatens to backfire

Despite his popularity within the WWE roster, LA Knight’s relentless focus on Roman Reigns and The Bloodline is placing him in a precarious scenario that could alienate his fan base.
For several months, Knight has publicly criticized his WrestleMania 42 allies Jimmy and Jey Uso for aligning with Reigns and his revamped Bloodline, a stance that has drawn disapproval from both Jey Uso and Reigns himself, who confronted Knight following WWE Clash in Italy.
While one might hope Knight’s grievances spark a feud with Reigns, the matchup is fraught with challenges given Reigns’s immense popularity among audiences.
Fans have long anticipated a baby‑face world title run for LA Knight, yet WWE may be compelled to reposition him as a heel if he is forced into a contest against “The OTC,” a scenario where his chances of winning over the crowd are currently limited.
