Spanning over 32,000 square feet across four floors, this flagship location consolidates Zara’s women’s, men’s, and children’s wear collections in a single central London space.
The renovation features a reimagined glass-façade design to enhance natural lighting and create a stronger visual link with the surrounding urban environment.
Designed by Zara’s internal architecture team, the store showcases an open-plan layout with exposed industrial elements and a central structural feature connecting its levels, including dedicated zones for athleisure, accessories, and children’s clothing.
The space integrates advanced omnichannel technologies, such as an automated system for online order pickup, self-service return kiosks, digital drop-off points for returns, and real-time inventory tracking via the Zara app.
Shoppers can collect online orders within two hours and utilize services like repair scheduling, garment recycling, and access to Zara’s secondhand platform.
Energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems have been implemented, supported by Inditex’s Inergy platform to optimize energy usage across the store.
