Vidanta World Mexico Open Round 4 tee times: Key details

Key details to know:

Andrew Novak is leading the 2026 Vidanta World Mexico Open after a historic start.

After three rounds, Novak has posted a total of 23 under par, giving him a commanding seven‑shot advantage over the field.

Through three rounds, Novak has treated the Vidanta Vallarta course like a pitch‑and‑putt layout. He carded a four‑under 67 on Thursday, followed by a 61 on Friday that tied the course record and matched his career best. On Saturday he was a shot higher with a 62, still an excellent score. In total, Novak sits at 23 under par after 54 holes and leads by a commanding seven strokes.

His secret? A putter he discovered in the back of his closet, first used at the Wyndham Championship in August, has been a game‑changer for him.

“It’s rusted out, it’s old, but I know it works,” Novak said of the putter. “I don’t know the loft or the lie, but for the last four tournaments I’ve been making putts consistently. So I think I may have been overthinking things, and I’ve gone back to keeping my stroke simple. I might use a chalk line for alignment, but overall I’m focusing on not overcomplicating.”

“I’m just trying to keep it simple and not overthink it,” Novak added. “I’ve found a putter that works, and I’m sticking with it.”

Novak will tee off at 12:51 p.m. ET on Sunday alongside Matthieu Pavon and Doug Ghim.
