Former Bayern Munich and Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann is reportedly a frontrunner for the Manchester United position and is eager to take the helm at Old Trafford.
The 39-year-old has been without a coaching role since Germany’s early exit from the World Cup, though he remains highly esteemed in the football world.
Nagelsmann first gained recognition at Hoffenheim, where he became one of Europe’s youngest head coaches, and has since impressed in various high-profile roles.
Despite setbacks with the German national team, he remains Man Utd’s primary candidate amid growing uncertainty surrounding Michael Carrick’s future, according to The Telegraph.

Nagelsmann undoubtedly possesses the credentials to manage a top-tier Premier League club; however, this would mark his debut in English football and arrive during one of the most demanding periods in the club’s history.
Manchester United has cycled through diverse managers since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure in 2013, with limited success. Nagelsmann is aware of the immense pressure awaiting him, yet remains undeterred despite lacking the luxury of a pre-season or transfer window to implement his vision.
