QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has announced that the provincial government is mobilizing all available resources to deliver relief assistance and essential services to families affected by the recent earthquake in Kingri tehsil of Musakhel district.
In a statement via social media, Bugti acknowledged the challenges facing affected households and assured them that they would not be left to face this crisis alone.
He said that on his orders, the relief commissioner and director general of the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) have traveled to the earthquake-hit areas, evaluated the damage, and distributed relief supplies to affected families.

Bugti emphasized that immediate relief, rehabilitation, and the provision of basic necessities for survivors have become the government’s highest priority.
He has directed the district administration, PDMA, and relevant institutions to expedite relief operations and ensure transparent, timely, and non-discriminatory distribution of aid to reach every eligible family.
The chief minister has also ordered continuous monitoring of conditions in affected areas while maintaining coordinated relief efforts.
Bugti said a comprehensive assessment of losses will be completed shortly, after which rehabilitation measures for earthquake survivors will be implemented.
