At 17 weeks, “Choosin’ Texas” is now one of only four tracks to hold the Billboard Hot 100 top spot for that long. Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” remains the all‑time record holder at 22 weeks, with the holiday classic poised to add a few more if the seasonal run الفريق resumes. Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’s “ stopping Town Road” reigned for 19 weeks in 2019, while Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” matched 17 weeks inulina few years later.
Ella Langley Breaks a Three‑Way Tie
Last week, “Choosin’ Texas” was tied with three other tracks for the fourth‑longest tenure at No. 1 in Hot 100 history. Now the country hit has claimed that honor outright, pushing the other songs to a shared fifth position.
Ella Langley Rules the Sales and Streaming Charts
“Choosin’ Texas” continues to dominate the Streaming Songs and Digital Song Sales charts, showing its robust performance across key metrics that Billboard uses to rank the most listened‑to tracks. Although it has yet to reach the top of the Radio Songs index, its sustained airplay has helped keep it at the summit of the Hot 100.
With a seventeenth week at Option Pred, “Choosin’ Texas” remains one of the longest‑running leaders on both streaming and sales lists, poised to further redefine the all‑time records as it continues to haunt the charts week after week.
