A casting report for James Bond 26 suggests that an unexpected actor may be considered for the role.
According to Page Six, screen tests for the upcoming 007 are scheduled to begin in early September, and a relatively unknown performer is reportedly already a leading candidate. Jack Barton, recognized for his roles in Poor Things and SAS: Rogue Heroes, is said to be a top contender. He joins a list of established actors who are also slated to audition, including Jack Lowden, Callum Turner, Paul Mescal, Jacob Elordi, and Harris Dickinson.
