RTTNews – Skanska (SKAb.ST) has announced an investment of approximately SEK 260 million for the second phase of the Lillebytunet residential project in Trondheim, Norway. The development will add 66 apartments and seven row houses to the existing community. Construction work on the new units will begin immediately, supporting the company’s ongoing expansion in the Scandinavian market.
