Activists Blockade Elbit Systems Facility in Staffordshire Over Arms Supplies to Israel

Nine demonstrators disrupted operations at Elbit Systems’ Staffordshire factory by locking themselves to five “lock-on” devices, launching a direct-action campaign called “Silence Elbit Drones.” Spokesperson Audrey Corno told Al Jazeera that the group’s objective is to halt Elbit’s supply of military equipment to Israel.
