Amazing Red has reportedly inked a new contract with TNA Wrestling, marking a full-time return to the promotion. Following his TNA Hall of Fame induction and X-Division Championship victory at Bound For Glory 2026, the veteran high-flyer is now set to continue his tenure with the company under a formal agreement.
While TNA has not yet issued an official announcement, sources close to the situation confirm the deal is finalized, with Red committed to extending his involvement with the promotion after re-entering the spotlight this year.
Red’s performance at Bound For Glory was unforgettable, as he was honored as a Hall of Fame inductee during the pre-show before capturing the vacant X-Division Championship later that evening. The title became available after Leon Slater exercised Option C, relinquishing the championship to pursue the TNA World Championship, which he ultimately won.
As a pioneer of TNA’s original X-Division, Red now holds his fourth reign with the championship and his first since 2010. His return to active competition also signifies his first tenure with TNA since 2011, reuniting him with the promotion where he first established himself as a trailblazer in the division.
The contract extension aligns with TNA’s ongoing roster restructuring efforts. Earlier this week, Shotzi Blackheart and Director of Authority Santino Marella also secured new deals, while the company is reportedly addressing the contracts of other talents with agreements expiring before the end of 2026. Further updates are anticipated in the coming weeks.
