Samsung’s Frame TV is designed to blend into a room rather than dominate it, with a canvas-like display and interchangeable bezel that resemble framed artwork. Amazon is selling the latest 55-inch 2026 model for $897.99, a $402 discount and a new price low. Larger sizes are also on sale, including the 98-inch model, now priced at $3,749.99 for a savings of $1,252.
The 2026 television is largely unchanged from its predecessor, with the main hardware difference being built-in connection ports that eliminate the need for Samsung’s One Connect Box. Its matte, canvas-style screen is intended to look more like a painting than a conventional glossy display. A built-in motion sensor can switch the television to artwork when someone enters the room and adjust the picture based on surrounding light. The Frame also supports Samsung’s Art Store, which features more than 5,000 works from established galleries and independent artists. A full subscription costs $49.99 per year, while 30 rotating artworks are available each month at no charge. Samsung includes a wall mount and black bezel, with additional magnetic frame styles sold separately.
The Frame places design and lifestyle features ahead of maximum picture performance, so viewers seeking exceptionally bright images, deep blacks and more lifelike colors may prefer a higher-end television. It nevertheless supports refresh rates of up to 144Hz with variable refresh rate for gaming, along with HDR10 Plus and Dolby Atmos for enhanced visuals and sound.
