Antigen Licensing Expands Opportunities with ATG-106 and New TCE Options
Antigen Corporation is advancing its pipeline by securing critical licensing rights for ATG-106. The company has successfully entered into terms with K2 Therapeutics for exclusive development access, alongside upfront consideration and ongoing royalty structures.
The agreement details include substantial upfront payments of approximately $20 million, adjusting with equity stakes in affiliated entities. Milestone-based payments of up to $960.5 million are also included, alongside tiered royalties for future sales.
Antigen’s program leverages AnTenGager technology and aims to broaden global market reach beyond Greater China. This strategic move reinforces the firm’s position in biopharmaceutical innovation.
Both the licensing and option agreements grant K2 Therapeutics extensive worldwide rights, establishing a strong foundation for the development and commercialization of the preclinical bispecific T-cell engager.
Antigen shares now trade at HKD 3.50, up 2.94% in the latest session.
