Arizona State Names Dave Hakstol as New Head Coach

Arizona State has officially appointed Dave Hakstol as its new head coach, bringing stability to the program amid recent controversy. The decision follows a busy week of speculation linking the school to several candidates, including former North Dakota coach Brad Berry, ex‑Northern Michigan coach Grant Potulny, and Ontario Reign assistant coach Mike Haviland. Hakstol, who previously coached the Philadelphia Flyers, Seattle Kraken, and the University of North Dakota, secures the role.
